Mazzola Lighting and Design is a new online lighting store where you can find a wide range of modern design lamps, classic or contemporary chandeliers and suspensions, always with an excellent quality/price ratio. 
Mazzola Lighting and Design is also a real store, based in Palermo since 1970.

1.4 Where is your physical store?

Since 1970, you can visit our store in Palermo, Via Paolo Paternostro, 27.
Open from Monday to Saturday, 9-13 16-19:30. Closed on Monday morning and Sunday. Open on the first Sunday of every month.

2 PRODUCTS

2.1 Are products already assembled and ready to use?

To install pendants lights, wall and ceiling lights, spotlights and/or outdoor lamps, please carefully read the assembly instructions provided by the manufacturer and / or ask a qualified electrician for help.

2.2 Do products come with warranties?

Yes, they do. For more information, please read our Warranty conditions explained in the Terms & Conditions section.

2.3 Do products comply with the EU directives?

Yes, all products for sale at Mazzola Lighting are in compliance with European Community standards and are CE marked. In fact, in case of lack of conformity, they are under the 24-month legal guarantee.

2.4 How can I find a product on your website?

You can perform a search by entering a keyword or a product code on the field in the upper right. For an advanced search, you can browse through categories and use the multiple choice-menu in the left.

2.5 Can I order products which are not on your website?

For a quote, please contact us at [email protected] or call us at +39 0916121120. Tell us the name and the code of the product you are interested in, we will do our best to help you and to meet your needs.

2.6 Does the price include VAT?

Yes, all prices on the site include VAT and discounts, where applicable.

2.7 Why some products have not a discount?

Price and discounts oin web are oftne imposed by producers.

In some case to see the discounts, It's enoufh to sign in. Otherwise in the product sheert some discount are shown for payment via bank transfer 

3 SIGN UP

3.1 Why should I sign up?

After you sign up, you can access to your Personal Area Registration, where you can check your order process and shipping status in real time. You will get extra discounts, where applicable, and make your future purchases even faster.

3.2 Providing my email address will I receive spam?

No, you will only receive communications regarding your order.
If you agree to the processing of your personal data for promotional purposes, you will receive the newsletter and promotions reserved exclusively for you.

3.3 Will the data I provide be shared with third parties? 

No, your data will be treated in strict confidentiality. Mazzola Luce and the courier will be the only ones aware of your data, to manage your order.

3.4 How do I sign up?

Register by clicking on "Sign up" at the top or bottom of the home page of the website or after clicking "Purchase" in the shopping cart. It takes a few seconds, just the time to enter your data.

3.5 What if I forgot my password?

To reset your password, just click "Login" and then on "Forgot Password?".

Enter your email address and you will receive a messege in your inbox.

3.6 How do I buy online?

There is nothing easier than shopping from our online lighting store! To order a product, just click on the "cart" located near each object.

In this way, the products will be placed inside your shopping cart.

You can check and modify the products in your shopping cart whenever you want. To finalize your purchase, just click on "Buy".

4 ORDERS

4.1 Can I place my order over the phone?

To place an order, please, follow the procedures on our website, in order to check your order status and to get tracking information at any step of your purchase. If you need help, contact us by chat, send an e-mail at [email protected] or call us at +390916121120. 

4.2 How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Delivery time will depend upon the availability of the product. If the product is immidiately available, you will have to wait about 48/72 hours after the payment credited. If the product is not immediately available, delivery time may vary according to the supply company (from 7 up to a maximum of 40 days). Delivery times are indicated in the data sheet of the product and in the confirmation e-mail you will receive after the purchase, in order to ensure the maximum transparency. Please read our Terms & Conditions to get more details.

4.3 How do I know if my order is confirmed? 

After making the order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the the email address you entered when signing up. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please check your Junk or Spam folders or contact us.

4.4 Can I change or cancel my order?

If you want to change or cancel your order before payment, contact us as soon as possible by email or phone.

5 PAYMENT

5.1 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer
  • PayPal / Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Carta Aura, Postepay)

5.2 Are online credit card payments risky?

Absolutely not. Thanks to PayPal, payment is made with encrypted systems through a secure connection. Your data is not released either to us or to third parties, but only used for a few moments in order to make the payment.

5.3 When is the invoice issued?

In case of VAT, the invoice is automatically issued.

If you are a private, the invoice must be requested when ordering, indicating VAT or Tax Code. On the contrary, the invoice can no longer be required, as a regular receipt will be issued.

The invoice will be sent by email and will be downloaded from the detail of the order, in your personal area.

The invoice and/or receipt must be stored as documents confirming the validity of the guarantee.

6 SHIPPING

6.1 How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is always insured and depends on the delivery country.

6.2 What means of protection against risks arising from transport?

We handle packages with care, using a double packaging to ensure the best protection of your products.
Sometimes the despatch will be sent from the manufacturer in order to shorten delivery times, but only companies we have selected to ensure the utmost quality. Mazzola Luce provides transport insurance which provides for the replacement of products (or parts) exclusively if damaged by courier during transport, without any additional cost to the customer.

Breaking, shipment problems and incompleteness of products must be reported  within 48h of delivery, sending an email to [email protected], attaching photos of the damage. After this deadline we decline any liability inherent to damages. 
We do not accept claims for products that have already been installed.

6.3 How does my package ship out?

We make shipments with the express courier TNT, the world leader in shipping.

6.4 How do I know if my order has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive from us and from the courier an email with tracking details. You can also check the status of your order from your User Area. 

6.5 How can I track my package?

At any time you can track your order through the tracking code that you will be provided via e-mail.

6.6 What should I do at the delivery?

It is imperative that, upon delivery by the courier, you check that the number of packages is as specified in the transport document, the packaging is intact (no damages, no dents, not wet, etc.), there are no signs of internal breaking (eg.: noise of broken pieces).

Any anomalies should be immediately contested to the courier: the goods must be accepted indicating in the receipt "goods accepted under reserve" and specify the reason in detail (eg .: "damaged packaging" or "noise of broken pieces" ).

6.7 What If I'm not in when my order is delivered? 

If you're not present, you will receive a courier notice in order to arrange the delivery. The courier will make a second delivery attempt within 24 hours.

6.8 Can I choose a specific time or day for my delivery?

Yes, you can choose delivery by Appointment you can select the delivery on appointment during the confirmation of the order, with a small price charge.

6.9 What if I receive a different item from the one I have ordered?

If you receive an item that is different from the one you purchased, contact us within 48 hours by e-mail at [email protected] or by the contact form, specifying the problem and the order number.

6.10 How can I make a suggestion?

If you notice any mistake or malfunction in the website or if you would like to give us suggestions to improve our service, send us an e-mail at [email protected].
